Role Overview
The Content & Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and optimising content and demand generation initiatives that support inbound and outbound lead generation, brand credibility, online reputation and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Demand Generation
- Own the end to end execution of content initiatives supporting inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Create and optimise content across email, LinkedIn, website, landing pages, blogs and campaign assets.
- Support demand generation campaigns by aligning content with target audiences, messaging and funnel stages.
- Repurpose and adapt content to maximise reach, engagement and lead impact.
Reputation Management
- Actively monitor online brand presence, mentions and reviews across relevant platforms.
- Build and manage a structured review request process for clients.
- Coordinating with Sales, Account Managers or Leadership to identify eligible clients
- Drafting and maintaining Google Review request templates and messaging
- Managing timing, follow-ups and tracking of review requests
- Escalate reputational risks or opportunities with clear recommendations.
Employer Branding
- Develop and publish employer branding content that highlights company culture, people and values.
- Lead content creation for CEO marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders on employer branding campaigns and hiring support content.
