Role Overview
This role supports marketing, communications, and executive operations across digital campaigns, events, and conferences. It combines hands-on content delivery with strong coordination, data accuracy, and stakeholder support.
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage LinkedIn content delivery, including writing, scheduling, and publishing 5–12 posts per week depending on campaign cycle.
- Draft clear, professional LinkedIn post copy aligned with brand tone and conference messaging.
- Update social media tiles using provided templates, including changes to dates, speaker images, event details, and messaging.
- Schedule social content in advance on a weekly basis to support forward planning.
- Edit and quality-check marketing content prior to publication using internal tools and AI-assisted editing where appropriate.
- Follow provided briefs, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all outputs.
Email Marketing
- Prepare and distribute one marketing email per week based on provided subject matter.
- Build, design, and format emails within the CRM (Zoho), with training provided.
- Manage internal review and approval processes for marketing emails prior to scheduling.
- Schedule email campaigns for Tuesday sends, with Thursday re-sends where required.
Events, Conferences & Digital Programs
- Provide ad hoc support for podcasts and webinars, including setup, coordination, and promotional activity (approximately 2–3 per month).
- Support conference delivery by managing delegate and registration data across multiple systems.
