Description
The Sales Coordinator will oversee the company’s e-commerce operations and sales support functions, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer service, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all e-commerce platforms and associated marketplaces, ensuring optimized sales channel performance, including integration between platforms and order management and accounting systems.
- Maintain and update product listings, content, and pricing across platforms.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across digital touchpoints (Shopify Inbox, website, Outlook mailboxes, etc.).
- Respond to customer queries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and issue professional quotes, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for order adjustments, cancellations, or rejections.
- Maintain up-to-date price lists, product files, templates, and documentation.
- Provide proactive customer support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage data associated with orders, including attachments and documentation.
- Set up new item codes and align pricing as required.
- Review weekly stock levels against sales trends and backorders to forecast replenishment needs.
- Support marketing initiatives including promotions and campaigns.
- Review and QA marketing assets for brand consistency.
- Prepare materials, flyers or artwork for EDMs, EOFY and promotional products using applications such as Canva, HubSpot etc.
- Collaborate on website development projects to ensure strong branding and UI/UX.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales coordination, e-commerce, or sales operations.
